Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 7 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.
You must cancel at least 7 full days prior to the experience's start time to receive a full refund. Changes won't be accepted if they are made less than six whole days before the experience begins.
You must cancel 3 to 6 full days prior to the experience's start time to receive a 50% refund. The amount you paid will not be refunded if you cancel less than two full days before the experience is scheduled to begin.
Any changes made less than 2 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Closing time is based on the experience’s local time.
